UNESCO Global Geoparks Network

In 2005 Fforest Fawr Geopark became a member of the Global Network of National Geoparks assisted by UNESCO. This network was formally established as the UNESCO Global Geoparks Network in November 2015 with Fforest Fawr UNESCO Global Geopark as one of the 120 founding members. The Network encourages the exchange of knowledge, expertise, experience and staff between Geoparks.
