This attractive valley pushes deep into the heart of the hills, offering ready access to the peaks of the central Beacons.
- Craig Cerrig-gleisiad - a cwm with a mountain atmosphere but without too much effort.
- Craig-y-fro - well worth a stop if travelling the A470.
- Cwm Llwch - sheltering beneath the high peaks, you'll find greater solitude here than up above.
- Pen y Fan and Corn Du - the mountains with the highest profile in the Geopark. The views reward the effort.
